If you use Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox to access the bank’s website, the following information may help solve any technical difficulties you may be having with RepublicOnline.
RepublicOnline requires Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher.
If your version of Internet Explorer predates version 7.0, we recommend that you download the latest available version of this browser to ensure RepublicOnline displays and functions correctly.

Please note that if your computer is running an operating system earlier than Windows XP/Server 2003, you will not be able to download the most current version

If you are experiencing problems viewing RepublicOnline we recommend you enable cookies by following the instructions below:
1.Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
2.Click on the Privacy tab.
3.Click the Default button in the Settings section
(If the Default button is disabled, cookies are already enabled).
4.Click the OK button.
If you are experiencing problems viewing RepublicOnline please follow the instructions below to enable Javascript.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
1.Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
2.Click on the Security tab.
3.Click on the Custom Level button in the Security setting for this zone section.
4.Scroll down until you see the Scripting section.
5.Select the Enable radio button under Active scripting.
6.Click the OK button.
7.Click the OK button again.
RepublicOnline requires a monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 to display correctly.
If you are experiencing problems viewing RepublicOnline please follow the instructions below to change your monitor to a compatible resolution.
Microsoft Windows XP/7
1.Right click on the Desktop and select Properties.
2.Click on the Settings tab.
3.In the Screen resolution section, drag the slide bar to the right and select a suitable resolution.
4.Click the Apply button.
5.Click the OK button in the next window that appears.
6.Once your screen resolution has changed, click the Yes button to confirm the change.
Java Plug-ins should be enabled on the Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers in order for websites to function at optimum capacity.
To verify that this is enabled, the following should be performed:
1. Select Tools from the menu.
2. Click on “Manage Add-Ons”.
3. Verify the page is showing “Currently loaded add-ons”
4. Locate all Java Plug-ins on the page and ensure that the Status is “Enabled”
5. If status is “disabled”, then select Java Plug-in and click the “Enable” button
6. Click the Close button.
If Java plugins are missing, kindly follow the instructions below:
1. From the Login screen of RepublicOnline Personal Internet or Commercial & Corporate Internet Banking,
a pop-up screen will appear upon page load, Click the "OK" button.
2. Click on the "java.com" link
3. Click the "Free Java Download" button
4. Click the "Agree and Start Free Download" button
5. Click the "Run" button
6. Click Install
7. Verify Install
8. A new window will then open automatically for you to veify that the latest version of Java was installed, Click the Verify Java version button.
9. A verification that the latest version should now be displayed on screen.
10. Navigate back to any login screen for Internet banking, a pop-up will appear "Do you want to run this application?" click "Run"
Adobe Flash Player
The RepublicOnline website makes use of features found in Flash Player version 8 or later. Certain areas of the RepublicOnline web site may not function properly without this plug-in.
